Does anybody practically put their life on hold...

Does anybody practically put their life on hold for a fucking track ID like I do?

I woke up with this morning with this fucking immense techno track that Carl Cox played on Saturday (and I've heard before) in my head. It was in my head yesterday but I lost it because I listened to a Umek set and forgot what it went like in all the confusion. This morning I woke up (because it started playing in my fucking head) so I literally jumped out of bed and turned my pc on. I've just went through nearly every techno set I own looking for it.

I also had three tulip ID's stuck in my head for 4 years, I miracuously heard one of them when Nass was flicking through a set to show me something else, the other two are in their clear as day and I've even trawled beatports/junos prog session (literally tune by tune from 2003) looking for them.

I fucking need to know what they are and once I'm on my mission I nearly always find them. These ones are elusive but I'll get the Carl Cox one.

Noone as bad as that then? It's embarassing really but it actually bothers me that much. They were too good for us mere mortals.

if it cant detect the tune you don't get charged, so its in their interest to id it, its canny for house music stuff to be honest, but i'm not sure about trance etc...

the best thing to do it try it out, you'll not get charged if it doesn't tag the track

I do this as well. But then ill spend just as much time trying to find them in vinyl stores.

These 3 being absolutely awesome examples:

HH Presents - Ice 794 (Back to Berlin Dub)

    Mohawk - Previous Years

Epsilon 9 - Lifeformation (Classified Project mix)
