you know when they loop it over and over and it sounds like it's speeding up then turns into this noise... it sounds shite most of the time... i've seen Eddie pull it off once when it sounded good but other Dj's who i've seen done it should be shot.

Is this thread inspired by the judges antics on saturday by any chance. I think his hand was stuck to the loop button all night!!!

I have seen alot of DJ's do it in the Shindig and its always sounded class

good call but no mate... i was just thinking about it... i saw Jules do it @ the metro arena and it was a discrace! Sheridan was doin it @ Tree when Marco V was on that night and it really broke the set up... dissapointed. I got there just as Jules was finishing last saturday

Jules did it constantly at Judgement Sunday closing party ... at least 3 times in his set......

but what was worse is Halliwell did it too straight after him lots...
and once he just had it looping for about 4 minutes or something playing with filters over it....everyone was just standing round tapping their feet in disgust as halliwell continued playing with the erm 'noise' coming out of the speakers...

its shite....its easy.....its nothing impressive.

it was ok at first an with curtain tunes but it is gettin out of hand now like.
