    1. its recorded too low
    2. 192k or higher is todays standard - vbr doesnt play well with low frequencies
    3. sendspace is gash. zippyshare is better. soundcloud is better again. buy your own space is best.

    mix:

first mix is ok, i would drop the bass out more during the mix. it hides the flam effect you get when it drifts out
track 2 is not in the same energy league as track one. its gone from relaxed to full on in one track.
mix two sounds ok, but its mixed too early
    track 3 is minimal?
17 minutes in and at this point im starting to think about you playing 3 tracks so far.
the third mix is ok. track reminds me of audiojack. still minimal sounding
mix four is ok as well. still sounding minimal. speeded up
next mix is ok, still keeping in with the minimal vibe.
the mix at ~36 minutes is a bit loose
the mix at 40 minutes is a bit loose as well
    still waiting for tribal house
i like the mix at 44 minutes
the mix was nice at 50 minutes except the audio leak from the first track - should have brought that out so the fill was empty, ready for the drop
this track at 50 minutes is class
    last mix worked well

the first track and the second track dont belong in the mix at all, the last track should have been on earlier

stop typing in caps. EVERYONE hates it. its considered shouting. when do you ever have a conversation where you shout the entire time? PASS THE MILK! no.

nobody on here gives feedback anymore so i hope you take something from that lot. you got enough grief for the name, but at least someone listened to the mix

ask a mod to change your login name for you, and put it down as one of life's little mistakes

I have to say that I agree with Jase about the tracks.

I like James Zabiela (Human), but it doesn't fit with the rest of your mix.

Your tracks are alright for someone who likes the minimal/tech vibe, but they're all in completely the wrong order.

In future, try selecting the tracks you want to play in your set and put them in a Winamp/iTunes playlist. Listen to each one and try to order them on the playlist in terms of energy and feel, building up to the most energetic last. It usually gives any mix a bit more structure and makes the listener feel that you're trying to get somewhere with your set.

As far as the recording goes, try to get your levels right - there's a great guide by a member of this board on how to record to PC here.

I try to record my sets so the volume level is somewhere between -3 & -6dB throughout the mix. If it sounds too quiet, try using an amplification plugin or Sound Forge's Wave Hammer to even it out. If your mix alternates too much between loud and quiet tracks, try keeping an eye on the levels on your mixer, and if all else fails, use a compression plugin to process your mix after you've recorded it. Don't overdo the compression otherwise it makes your mix sound awful.

If you get a mix wrong, wind back 2 or 3 mins into the last song. Keep the mix recording. Re-do the mix, then chop the mistake out afterwards using a sound editor of your choice (both Soundforge & Audacity allow you to do this). I know it's cheating, but noone is perfect, and noone gets every mix right anyways ;)

Try to stay away from recording in VBR - use CBR and use an audio rate of 192kbps or higher.
