    I hate this list.

It's not about who the best DJ is, it's about how many spineless zombies worship each person. Hence why tiesto always scores highly.

Bunch of complete and utter front bottoms

I ana, am a bit stuck for votin thats why am hangin fire for a bit longer, a not sure who to vote for tbh. But.. i've loved most of Tyas's podcasts, also love his new track called Tingle & every time i've saw him hes done a blinder. Hes very down to earth aswell so he's got a place on my list for sure :)

Iv hardly seen any DJ's this year so couldnt really do a top 5:/ the list is a load of shite anyway like, the resident advisor one is better

i think a non-trance DJ might top the pile this year... Deadmau5, Angello, Ingrosso, Guetta

(just to state this is not my personal preference, i am just predicting who i think might win it)

i dont mind asking a person who their favourite or even top 5 DJs are, but compiling a "definitive list" is always going to have 90% of clubbers disagreeing with it

i'd have Askew #1 for 3 reasons, his track selection is better than any other trance DJ, his productions are tip top, and his mixing style (using only CDJs and a mixer) is dead impressive, its almost as if hes playing live at times

Dying to see Askew make the list. He's always in that 'next 50' part but he's miles better than some of the others who make the list. Defos getting my vote (again)

Tbf though Askew seems the type that could not give a flying fuck about that list.....

    Askew's in my list like.

i can imagine Deadmau5 getting right in there this year tho because of all the radio play he's been getting recently.

Ive seen Tiesto two or three times and really enjoyed the nights out, but i cant think of anything he's actually brought to the 'scene' since he brought out Traffic, what, 6-7 years ago?! Is he a DJ or a performer? .... who knows.

I think the poll doesnt reflect anything meaningful these days, if anything it might actually be BAD for things since it gets people obsessed with DJ rankings to the point of ignoring anything or anyone new....

    I suppose at a push though i'd pick :

    - Perfect Stranger
    - Sasha
    - Sean Tyas
    - John Askew
    - Tom Morgan / Omid 16B
