Digital camera batteries My camera takes batteries and I usually buy high powered ones for like tenner each. Does anyone that has a battery powered camera use rechargable batteries? Are they better or worse? Do they last long enuf and where you get them and your charger from? Thanks
digi cams eat normal batteries! if i stuck duracell energiser or summit in they hardly lasted 2 secs! just get urself sum decent rechargables and a charger u can have sum charging while u use the others.
Couldnt get more vague there Bri. Yeah I know they eat normal batteries The ones I use atm are for camera's so last quite a while, but just too expensive. I want a proper charger & batteries made for digital camera's
why?? lol. just goto asda - get their charger and batteries for aboiut £10 - u get 4 batteries and charger - works a treat!
Yeah but they'll be just normal batteries. Ill need about 10 to keep me thru a night out! Fair enuf I can keep charging them, but there must be an easier way
My shitty little digicam takes CR123a's generally between £5 and £7 each adn you can go threw 2 a night easily Im lucky tho cos my dad owns and electrical shop and i get them for trade If you can get threw to darlo, go and tell him ur my mate and he might do them for trade also
Normal batteries?? :spangled: Eh, no they dont. Youve confused me. Normal rechargable batteries are shit in my camera. I want ones made speacially for digi cams
you need to buy nickel metal hydride (ni-hm) They last for about 100-150 photos in my camara http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=14951&item=5557784399&rd=1
thats why i specifically mentioned the ones asda do tho - cos we have used em for ages and they last for ages! they are as wot said above
lol naa thats why i sed goto asda and get their charger and batteries  they do work a treat! not to worry tho if u already sorted
Turn the screen off so you dont see a preview of each shot and use the view finder and not the screen, its the screen that uses most the power
