    Digi Camera????

    I'm gonna get one this weekend but dont know what to get.
    Can anyone reccomend some half decent ones and how much they cost?
    Also where I can get one? (Town would be best)

    the easiest way to do it is to set urself a budget, and see what u can get for that budget.

    upto about 200 beans should get you a decent one... get one with at least 2.1 mega-pixel resolution and find out what u need to connect it to yer pc... there's loads around, all depends what u want it to look like and if u want a little screen on the back to preview them, stuff like that. there's soooo many choices! Don't forget to get a big memory card for it too... Argos is always cheap, get it demo'd first in Dixon's or curry's then see if they've got it cheaper in one of the catalogue shops.

    aye, depending on how much u wanting to spend m8, i've got the Fuji FinePix F401, best digi cam ive ever had, it was around the £350 mark, just go for the better known makes if you arn't too sure what to get...AGFA, Cannon,Sony,Fiji, Epson etc..

    mine was a really good deal, got the camera (olympus camedia c220 zoom) 2 smartmedia cards (8meg and 64 meg) rechargeable batteries and charger and a carry case for £250 ish :)

    yip, i ended up gettin it at a place on the bigg market... but i had been like, everywhere else i could go before hand... and any shops that were willin to play ball, i just played em off against each other, bingo, price down from £300 (+ in some cases!) to £250 :cool:

    oh, i was pleased :D

    (pretty good camera as well for anyone who is interested - 2 megapixel, good flash decent zoom :) )

    it's on the opposite side to blu bambu, bout half way down or sumthin, cant miss it :)

    yea, that one is ok. however if u bought that u would need to get a larger compactflash memory card, it only comes with an 8meg one and that wont hold fukk all...

    oh, and it's highly advisable to get a carry case for it :)

    other than that, it looks fine.

    If ur gonna use it in clubs etc make sure it has a good flash otherwise u won't get good quality photos under low light conditions!

    i've got a canon digital ixus v3 which i think rocks. about £300.

    also, amazon are doing viking 256meg compact flash cards for £49.99 which is pretty cheap, and would pretty much fit every photo u would want to take on it.
