Watched this tonight, wasn't sure if I was going to like this but really really enjoyed it.

It definitely feels a bit different for a Die Hard film, which is a good thing in my opinion. Cinematography wise it's got a nice cold blue tone to it which sets it apart from the others which I personally liked but some people might not.

It's directed by Len Wiseman who directed Underworld 1 & 2 (which I hated) but he shows a really nice eye for shooting action.

It's nothing more than a good, mindless action film - which is all I wanted.

Still doesn't top 1 or 2 but is definitely alot better than the 3rd one.

I'd give it an 8/10.

Well worth a watch.

The trailer for it was good like...wet my apitite for it I must say.

I realy enjoyed Underworld 1 & 2.

It's not as good as 1 but is still a tremendous action film imo.

Have to say I'm a die hard die hard fan lol and altho one was by far the best (first ones normally are) that 2 and 3 are on a par for me.

Cannot wait to see 4!!!!

i got the 2nd on pirate video, MUCH more violence - they always cut headbutts

1st is class, 2nd is close but i've watched it too many times - the 3rd was dire

4th looks great - like u say, non stop unappologetic action!

i saw die hard 4 on thursday night through boldon, was absolutely mint, most fun ave had a pictures in a long time. probs 2nd best die hard 3 one was quite good butthe order for me is

mint action sequennces and a fairly decent plot, good old johnm= mclane action even though he looks more like locke from lost 8.75/10

Fucking awesome film! Loved the plot, even though I thought it would be some muslim terroists taking the world down or something lol. Action scenes were up there as the best I've ever seen, and BW is probably my favourite action hero of all time!!! 10/10

just got back from the flix 2 see it i was in my element

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!!

Went on Friday and was so excited i felt like i used to when i was a kid goin to the flics!!

Only negative i could pull was the sound dubbing was terrible. i dont know how many times a character spoke and u could blatantly see they werent moving their lips!

Apart from that blinding film 9/10
(would've been 10/10 but for the dubbing)

Really enjoyed it up until the jet bit which was a bit too ridiculous even by Die Hard standards.

Spoiled otherwise by the cunts in the cinema, why do movie piracy people never mention the fat bastard who sits next to you texting the whole time with key tones on?
