try it and see what you think!

I have the 5k and its fucking excellent, the amount of stuff you can do on it is unreal and (IMO) compared to the cdj's, for the basic functions at least, its a piece of piss to use.

The only thing is that its not 'industry standard' and takes a bit of time to know how to use the advanced functions

The main difference between the 3k and the 5k is that it loses a few of functions like the alpha track. I think everything else is the same though.

This will probably get rubbished by every one with a cdj but IMO it rips the arse off it.

    :)

Ive got the 5000 and a cdj 1000mk2 and i like them equally as much - wouldnt give either away.

The Denon is a superb bit of kit - dare i say the pitch bend buttons are better than the jog wheel on the Pioneer for pitch bending ... although the platter feels a bit more sharp on the pioneer for scratching on, the denon seems to be less forgiving.

    The 3000 for that price is a steal - I'd rather have a 3000 than a cdj800 tbh.

Do the rubber band mod, and use a 7" on the platter, it improves the feel no end :)
