is this film any good??

tried to watch it last week but its well slow, gave up after an hour an a half of bullshit

just ive heard it a classic and a usually like nam flicks.

some parts are slow - but it's more about the back stories of the vets rather than the "lets blow away some dinks" type vietnam action films

i personally, think it's brilliant, it's long but i always find myself watching right till the end

its ok, over rated in my opinion but a decent watch

The beginning is boring, it gets better though.

off topic kind of, i would love to shoot some deers like!!!, with like a sniper rifle

Same, I wouldn't mind going all the way though and shooting some foreign soldiers in a war.

Deers are too quick,, It would be easier to shoot a donkey or something!!
