yesterday had a few hours where it was a fuckin nightmare... but in all honesty, its a piece of piss


im determined to do it, just to annoy all my mates who'd love to stop but dont think they ever could +

i went 3 weeks without smoking but started again at detox but now ive been quit nearly 2 weeks
