another thread harshing dave pearse, ok he is quite cheesy but he will pull in a big crowd because of his name status, with a bigger crowd it might well be an enjoyable nite, give the bloke a chance
I know he's not the best DJ in the world but I think people are being a bit snobby by refusing to even like him. I bet if they went and he was playing all the big tunes they'd have a smile on their face. That Radio1 Comic Relief was a classic example,he played what the people wanted. The only thing that will spoil it is his appeal to charvers.
Well at least it wont be going under the Promise banner now i dont think. Wouldnt do the reputation much good, which has taken a long time to build.
but he wont play all the big tunes!!!!, u might get one or two.....maybe even three but by the end of the nite you would hav at least heard one lasgo tune!!!!!!!!!! or maybe's two!!!! he's just shit!!!!!!!!!
He may not be the best of dj's in some peoples eyes but he'll make Promise a canny bit of money. It'll be rammed when Pearce plays!!!!!
I expect it to be under the Promise name, part of the promoters plan to make Promise 'strong and more commercial'.
Thats the risk tho aint it. Dave plays: Lots of money - bad reputation Dave doesnt play: no money - good reputation its a big risk..
Yeah theres truth in that m8. But if Promise is putting dj's like Pearce on we may get to see Corsten, tiesto etc as a results of the money they make. And no Mick, I probably wont be there!!!!!
