    damed free software spyware prob

awww dear me, i got excited at a ringtone composer/chopper thing and downloaded it - pile of shit, went to uninstall, said it couldnt delete some things.

It was called Haha Mobile, and on doing a search in my computer, have brought up loads and loads of files about haha mobile.

I opened spybot - shredded the whack of them. Problem is, there is one file C:\HahaMobile which will not fuck off. It has a system file in it, which comes up each time as a different name, so chopping it away does no good. Totally kerfuffled as to how to sort it like.

Followed all dogdys rules up to the point where i realise im covered in turds. Done a system reboot, deleted the program from task manager, searched for a good while on all the things (.exe) i wasnt sure of on google, can't see it in the msconfig startup thing.

So, im running xp pro, the file is C:\HahaMobile\ and the file in there at the moment is jfmtsbhq.aii

Reboot, BEFORE windows starts or the XP start up screen, Press F8 - go into 'Safe Mode', then go delete that whole c:\HaHa Mobile directory. Reboot see what happens. Nothing in that HiJack this report looks errm.. dodgy!

Have u checked in Add/Remove programs - does anything in there look suspicious?
