He reckons if he knew he had an addiction and did nothing about it, he would take full responsibility. But seeing as he went to close his account and took out an exclusion clause, meaning he told william hill not to allow him to bet there he thinks there in the wrong the retard! End of the day he cancelled his old account that had the exclusion clause on it and opened a new account to place the other bets. So how the fuck is the cassier going to know hes banned himself if its a new account with no mention of it on the records. Even if william hill did'nt take his bet, theres shit loads of bookies that would have probably within 5 mins walking distance.
