cyclic redundancy errors

    cyclic redundancy errors

    I've burnt a data dvd on another PC with about 4 gig of backed up mp3's and now my computer refuses to copy them onto my hard drive coming up with cyclic redundancy errors...... I know what they mean, and I now realize the DVD wasnt burnt in the most ideal of conditions but is there ANYTHING i can do to salvage my tunes?
