Customer Service Calls... is there any need at all? had 3 calls today from my bank in the space of 3 hours am naming and shaming, Barclays Bank yes i am aware i have money in all 3 of my accounts no i dont want medical cover, mobile cover, holiday cover, or any other kind of cover.. how do these twats manage to get me home number anyhow, its not on my records twats
you sure it was barclays treacle? we aint done any current account campaigns since last week when they finished, and as far as im aware we dont have people ringing up and selling medical cover either? what security questions did they ask you when they rang.... and i hope they never said "good evening madam" when you picked up the phone. when you open your accounts they take a number, its needed if theres fraud on your account and also used to ring you to get you to change products, the latter you can obviously opt out on my adding a marketing supression marker to your accounts when they ring again or in branch
haha.. couldt tell you me old man answered the phone, he was calling from barclays, something about large fund movement between me accounts....i was like.... wtf how does he know? then he started with his BS about holiday cover etc etc......
think he means the phone calls. doubt it was legit either if they were willing to discuss your accounts with a third party either.

Barclays partner with Lifestyle Group http://www.lifestylegroup.co.uk/Barclays/ They've insured my gadgets and are currently replacing my Digital Camera because I got sand in it in the Sahara! Barclays may have outsourced Lifestyle Services Group or indeed another party for the calls and left poor Lee to take the flak.
Thats like saying you got it wet while snorkeling you tool. What where you doing out there? Visting relatives?
