Cream 14th Birthday Bash last night Had a fuking awsome night last night! Nation was RAMMED! You could'nt get anywhere near the dancefloor We ended up at the back next to the Speakers. Cream bosses definatly sold more than they should of because MTV Dance were filming there!!! It was'nt very nice in parts but Gareth Wyn and Tiesto were absaloutly Awsome Went to see Prydz at the start, He was on with a 3hr set in the courtyard, he was'nt bad dropped 'Lucky Heather' and 'Mouth to Mouth' within his first 1hr should be good for NYE Shindig, crowd was loving him! We went to leave and the bouncers would'nt let anyone leave took us bout 20mins before we got out. So we never went back in for that reason! Got back in the main room and stayed there all night! Class atmosphere Tiesto played an Extra half hour or so after his normal set time too 'Just Be' 'Sunrise at Palmeros' 'At Night' 'Snow Patrol - Chasing Cars (Topher Jones & Blake Jarrell Remix)' 'touch me' he played some absaloutly wild stuff later on Looking forward to the Tracklist so can check through it!!! Met some canny ppl, and although its was uncomfortbly RAMMED i think everyone there had an awsome night!!!! Cheers to Sam and Terry for an amazing night!
Was a mint night! Tiesto was absolutely amazing! Just be My first time seeing him and I have to say, he knows how to create THAT atmosphere! I was loving it, apart from going deaf in one ear from standing on the speakers Cheers to Tez & Sam too for letting us stay there
Sounds like he did a better set than Gods then, I wish he'd played Just Be Glad you's had a good night!
ive been told tiesto wasnt that good personaly probs jon o bir would have wiped the floor with him. Jon o bir - top class
Sorry, I should have put IMO Tiesto was amazing!!! Alot of people were put off by the fact it was rammed, fair do's but you cant knock his set, was brilliant tunes from beggining to end
How many times have you seen either Tiesto or O'Bir to comapre? Or you just going off sets you've downloaded and what people saying?

i 2nd everything that mick an zoe said had a great night. wanted to see more of the swedish house mafia but there was no chance once we were in the main room. Glad we found a good little spot to dance in even if i only got a few glimpeses of tiesto, plus scallys were down to a miniumum!!! tune of the nite for me was Carl B ft. Breaking Benjamin - Diary Of Jane (Original Mix) it was nice to have yas down and yas are welcome anytime
My god, i aint been on here for ages!! Sat was a fab night, i really enjoyed it...suprised i managed to stay so late to be honest!! Lol! We got ourselves a drink then popped into to see Prydz..he wasnt bad at all and totally got me in the mood for dancing Those massive queues to get back into the mainroom (at like 11.30) were a totally joke....so we ended up stying there. Tiesto was totally ace, played loadsa stuff i wanted to hear. Glad we finally found a space at the very very very back to dance and catch the vibe of cream (gutted i didnt even get to see him tho-not even an arm or anything!!!) Roll on the 15th Birthday Cheers for coming down Mick/Zoe....as Terry said yous are welcome anytime. Sam xxx
Off Creams Website Oh What A Night! You Came..You Saw...You Ripped The Place Apart! We would like to say a big THANK YOU to the 3000 people who attended Cream's 14th Birthday on Saturday! Im sure all of those who came, saw, and danced themselves silly will agree that the night was electric even before the doors opened! The anticipation for this event was felt the moment that Tiesto, Swedish Mafia, Eric Prydz, Yousef, The Cuban Brothers et al were announced, tickets sold out in record time and the phones rang off the hook at Cream Towers with people begging for tickets! (NB. Dont leave it until the last minute next time!) Tiesto was the main attraction having not performed at Nation for nearly 4 years and boy did he deliver, performing new and classic tracks in a way that only Tiesto can deliver! The 5 minute chant of 'Tiesto...Tiesto...Tiesto..' as the mighty dutchman stepped up to the Main Room DJ box only increased the atmosphere to fever pitch...you had to be made of stone if you didnt get goosebumps! Cream resident Gareth Wyn set the platform for his arrival with an outstanding set, highly appreciated by the crowd judging by the response he got when he dropped his final track! The addition of the CO2 cannons (you've seen them in Amnesia!!!) went down a storm blasting cool air throughout the night to the masses! As expected the Main Room lived up to its name...however there was plenty more action going on elsewhere in the Annexe and the Courtyard....The swedish Mafia (Steve Angello, Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso) smashed the Courtyard to bits playing back 2 back for 4 hours 30 mins, with awesome crowd pleasing remixes of Pink Floyd, Coldplay and the Eurythmics. In addition the swedes visually entertained the crowd with fire eaters, dancers, confetti cannons and throwing boxes of T-shirts out to the crowd...everyone loves a freebie!! The Annexe was a haven for those who like the dirtier side of house music, with Cassette Jam displaying an original and exciting set dropping Cream Classics with some hot white label vinyl and an electric mix of Michael Jacksons Dirty Diana being a highlight! And lets not forget the comedy genius of the Cuban Brothers....a welcome display of hilarity to break up the evenings entertainment...we hope host Miguel Mantovani is recovering well following his 'passionate embrace' from a fan! All in all it goes down as one of the best Birthdays Cream has ever had! We would like to thank you...the crowd for making it such a superb, loving and downright, hanging from the rafters party, its what Cream is all about and we hope you'll be back again on Boxing Night to do it all over again! 5 weeks should give us all just enough time to recharge our batteries! Dont forget to tune into MTV Dance this Sunday at 6pm for the Galaxy Chart Show( look out for mick ) . The event was captured in all its glory and you never know you may spot yourself in the crowd, we also had MOS TV in the house, we will let you know the online transmission date next week. We'd love to see your pictures from the event, so please email them into us with 'CREAM BIRTHDAY' in the subject box to: info@cream.co.uk , the best ones will be featured in the Gallery section of the Cream website. There's already some spine tingling moments captured from the event on www.youtube.com , be sure to check them out!
