    How so?

I'm running a XP3000 with an HDD, DVD-RW, a 256mb Radeon 9600, loads of attached crap and thats all from a 300W shuttle PSU. Never have any resets ;) In theory a sempron should require less power as it's a cut down version of the athlon.

try working out how much power you need using this and tell me what you get.

EDIT: Just had the case open to fit a new HDD and it's a 250W, not a 300W :fart:

Mine does it when I overclock my RAM too.

Just out of curiosity Lee, are you doing anything differently to normal?

Have you replaced/added any bits to your PC recently?

    Ok then...

Download Everest Home from here and install it. Fire it up, expand the 'Computer' tab, and click on Sensors. What you're looking for is the voltages at the bottom.

You should see something like this list:

    CPU Core:
    3.3V:
    +5V:
    +12V:
    +5V Standby:
    DIMM:
    AGP:

Copy each one and post it on here, from that I should be able to work out if you're overloading your PSU or if its something else.
