dont have an xp disc as it was pre-installed on my pc when i bought it, the actual message is

    boot failure
    run boot diskette

i do this and it loads then asks for master cd1 but in spanish :spangled: i think its fooked totally, anywhere capable of fixing things like this??

You got your recovery disks that came with it? thats 1 option - but you'll lose EVERYTHING on the hard drive

OTHERWISE try get a copy of XP off someone - you'll be able to run the 'Recovery Console' and possibly fix it....

If it came pre-installed on summinck like an HP/Compaq machine, you press F10 (I think) when booting to go to the hidden XP recovery partition...
