Clubbed Up Radio Podcast 026 With Hertz, Danny Roberts & James Burn Clubbed Up Radio Podcast :026 Download From... http://clubbedup.podbean.com/2009/06/04/clubbed-up-episode-026-with-guest-mix-from-hertz/ Again Clubbed Up brings you another pioneer of the techno scene, the mighty Hertz! Originator of the Hertz-project is the famous Swedish producer Pierre Jerksten. In 2001 he laid the foundation of what would become a tale of success. The Hertz-imprint gained respect from the techno scene's elite DJ’s. With tracks like Recreate (Concept Records), The Concrete ep (Jericho Records) and more recently The Real Lj's (Sway Records) it's no wonder Hertz is a firm favourite of the likes of Carl Cox, Chris Liebing, Adam Beyer, Umek and Valentino Kanzyani. In 2007 Pieere joined forces with Petter Börgesson. After working together on numerous releases, their ideas triggered the evolution of Hertz from being a solo-project into becoming a duo where they have different roles to play. Although they are creating all the magic together in the studio, Petter B will be the one to perform the Live and DJ-sets to the audience. Danny Roberts & James Burn will be incharge once again for the first half of the show, guiding you through all things groovy/weird & wonderful. Hertz Even though Hertz are knocking out some dirty minimal-esq shite at the min, you still got to love em!
This mix is far from anything minimal, Minimal died a long time ago - Hertz have always been about the beef and this mix is well good. Was most pleased with it
