Clubbed Up Radio - Friday nite with Ricardo Villalobos & Deuce Soundsystem Friday nights Clubbed Up Radio will be one for the books, a show not to forget. There are certain things that are excusable in life, not putting down the toilet seat, buying orange Fanta instead of lemon Fanta and confusing Fearne Cotton with Fearne Britain, but with an exclusive mix from one of the biggest and most talked about DJs on the circuit at the moment backed by one of the leading brands in clubland today…. this certainly isn’t something we will lightly let you off the hook over. This week’s show features a double dosage of guests. First hour will be spearheaded by the mighty Fabric whose recent compilation CD is imminent, thus meaning there really can only be one person for the job, step forward Ricardo Villalobos. His exclusive Fabric mix hits the shops shortly showcasing his productions in all their glory, in honour to that we will be getting your weekend started with his set recorded live at Fabric a couple of weeks prior. Each month, Fabric will be guests on the show with a mix from their forthcoming albums headliner taking the reigns, watch this space for more info! The second hour will be handed over to the midland boys with all the noise, Deuce Soundsystem. Adam and Co have been taking their soundsystem all over the place, putting on some jaw dropping parties everywhere from random wastelands in the centre of Birmingham to hosting a packed out arena for Drop Beats Not Bombs at the legendary Custard Factory. Resident DJ Mogs will be gifting you with an inside look at the fun and frolics that can be had at a standard Deuce Soundsystem party via the power of music with an interview with the lads as well to see what’s coming up in their hedonistic wonky world of wackiness! With Steve Arnold in Ibiza, it will be left to Danny Roberts to hold the show together, Belte’s Belters once again will give us chance to see what 3 tracks Tom Belte is digging at the moment, as well as the usual club listings in case you hadn’t picked your night out yet roughly rounds up the rest of the broadcast.
