actually this begs a question... if bosses know that by employing a wide diversity of people is going to give them trouble.....why bother with an equality policy at all...and just employ all white christians or athiests?! (that is not to say I think that, you just have to wonder) Where I work theres 29 staff and they are all as above and theres no trouble with this PC bullshit.
