    Age of the two systems?

    Simple card swap.

Take out of one slot, walk to your system, place into slot. (Providing the systems are using the same slot, e.g. AGP. Depends on age of the two systems.

Just be careful when handling hardware. ESD is one of the main factors of system and hardware failure. (Static).

Any OS after Win98 should automatically remove old drivers. If you get corrupted graphics when you boot just reboot, press F8 at Starting Windows message and select safe mode. This will load minimal drivers and you should be able to install the correct driver from there (unless they're on CD in which case you'll not have device drivers loaded for your CD-Rom. DOH!!) Copy the driver onto your hard drive first.
As far as static is concerned, a basic precaution is to plug you PC in but don't switch the socket on. You'll be earthed while touching the chassis.
