Fucking buzzing with that result

Thompsons goal was class - Erickson needs to get his finger outsd his back eye and get him watched !

Its obvious England are crying out for someone like him !

Sutton and Thompson should be in the England squad at least. Who out of Heskey or Sutton would you rather have playing?

The league is Celtic's again, by Easter?

Has to be the Bhoys year again. Thompson and Sutton should definately get a try out in the England squad.

Now it's only the UEFA cup and Scottish Cup as a contest for us. But it's getting dull, we need a British league!!

Celtic completely out-classed Rangers in every department during most of the game. Thompson should defo get a chance for England, he's mint!

Just because he didn't want to play in a B-Team international when he should of been in the 1st squad anyways. That was a long time ago, he should be given a chance. He cannot be any worse than Heskey!

He WAS wrong in refusing to play for the B-team in that game against Russia.

But remember, Le Tissier did play and scored a hat-trick. Result - he never pulled on an England shirt again.

Of course he was wrong not to play, I didn't say he wasn't. But it was a long time ago, and surely the only thing that matters is that England have the best squad possible to play at Euro 2004, and imo if Chris Sutton get's a chance in the friendlies beforehand, he could well get into it!
