infinity's are a very nice sound, clear, but you'll probably have to drop the hi end on them (you can do this on the crossover) a bit as they can be quite sharp in some speaker enclosures - definitely go for components for best results

vibe subs are nice as well, very strong and sound punchy as fuck if set at the correct frequencies for the boot (they all resonate differently so can be fiddly during set up)

    :)

I had some pioneer co-axials put in the fronts of my car under the stock speaker grilles - which were a massive improvement over the existing ones.

I also got a bazooka sub behind the passenger seat which you can take out and disconnect easily - and sounds superb.

With the bass duties taken off the speakers by the sub, the rears which are still stock sound alot better now since the bass is now turned all the way down from those and routed to the sub from my new head unit.

I got an alpine head unit, ipod connection fitted into the glovebox, the bass tube and front speakers installed for a shade under 600 quid. You could probably shave another 100-150 off cause im lazy and cause of the 'london effect' on prices, but for what i got im well impressed.

The lasses at the Bracknell KFC carpark think its proper class - especially when i roll the windows down and put on my 'bass test' cd.
