Yeah, I has a text off them yesterday saying the terms and conditions had changed. I think they should send out the new terms by post...rather then saying they can be found at such a place. Never thought to look at them!

    handy

Shame I've only got 14 days left on my current contract. At least the girlfriend will benefit, she's 3 months into her contract :)

I might do it then take a new contract out. I'm only 2 months into an 18 month contract.

I'm on quite a good deal with Orange so don't think I'd want to give that up. Saying that the best deals are for new customers! I hate how its always a 18month contract now...waiting a year and a half for a new phone seems like forever!

I wouldnt mind one of these for my iphone contract ... even though i rinse the data use on it all day, every day, i hate paying 35-155 quid a month for the pleasure of never hardly making any calls or texts.

It took me 30 seconds, "I want to cancel my contract because you've changed the terms and conditions"
"Are you sure there's nothing we can do to change your mind?"
    "no"
"Ok then, would you like to take out another contract with orange?"
"Im not sure, can I have my PAC code?"
"Ok I'll send it to you in the post, is there anything else I can help you with?"

Im gonna take out an orange sim only contract until the new Sony ericcson satio comes out in september or maybe get an iphone

virgin have done it recently too.

It's not a fuck up as such, most people don't realise that the contract is meant to cover the rights of the consumer as well as the vendor.

Orange have put my PAC code in the post, when it turns up my number goes across :)
