Can you really call yourself a pro gambler?

Opinions please!

Surely there is no such thing as a pro gambler - hence the word gambling. You can be a good gambler through sticking to sensible sports and teams you know about and you can be brave by upping your stake as you get more confident.

Depends how you use the term, If gambling is someones only means of income, then surely their profession is gambling

pro gamblers are fools. they think they have systems - but bookies/casinos always win... it's a fact

I make quite a lot from it, but I don't call myself pro. I don't use systems either, just have rules. I do lose, but win more. Plus I use exchanges rather than bookies.

thats not true, I know people that are blacklisted from most British casinos.

the casinos ban the pro's.

Pro's can play the odds in casinos through card counting.

so they win! only let losers in!
