aye looks like it, that or the amount of wars nog has been through over the years has finally caught up to him lol

i was so chuffed wand won though, i fucking love that guy and was worried when he cut to 185, but it paid off, he'll only get stronger as his body adapts imo.

He has improved his hands though, been working with a proper boxing coach leading up to this fight, Nog looked oldddd though. Too many hits in pride over time have got rid of that iron chin he once had.

    was quite a good card.

i like joe rogan just hate the way he goes ' bing, bing badda bing BOOM' when he's going over the knock out replays lol

bisping looked like he was in trouble at the end of every round!

pierre hardy next one. there's no point in the fight even happening.

st pierre is unreal, boring to watch tho. should move up to middle

Couldn't disagree with you more. Would be interesting to see him fight Silva though.

same here, but dana said it'd never happen in his recent interview because they're both working on moving up in weight classes, GSP to MW and Silva to LHW.
I seen a recent size comparison and there is a big difference, it had GSP next to BJ Penn, then BJ next to Vitor who is towered and looks smaller than Anderson lol.

I still think GSP would beat Silva, he'd certainly perform alot better than BJ did against GSP (and yes I do remember that I was adamant BJ would beat GSP :()

It's class innit, when you watch at full speed you don't realise how good his head movement is to dog two punches before sacking the scouser :king:
