To be honest, its not really worth shedding out a fortune on cables for home use, because you wont notice all that much of a difference.

However, Buy whatever you can afford.

just make sure they have characteristics like All metal design. No gaps or hollow bits like in some cheap cables. Golden connectors and that they are well shielded and Oxygen free.

take a look around in dixons, theres some really good IXOS and JVC interconnects in there, i bought a JVC one for about 20 quid for my master, much much better than the standard shite RCA leads you get, im still using the shite leads for the decks as i havnt got round to replacing them yet, but when i do ill just order some of these, only a fiver! >>

wont notice a great deal of difference between that and a 20 quid cable, but spend the most on your master lead.

Check out http://www.richersounds.com/index.php?f=itemlist.php&c=1601 too, some good stuff there, there is a richer sounds right next to global DJ centre in newcastle too.

Oh and one more thing to bear in mind, get the shortest cable you can get away with, the shorter the cable, the better the sound.
