Brock Lesnar Vs Mark Coleman Can't wait Also, how much of a crossbreed of Vin Diesel and Sylvester Stalone is Coleman
Aye he's getting on a bit. Everytime I see him I see a replay in my head of him getting kicked in the face years ago when he just wobbled his cheeks to try and shake off the blow
Just watched Brocks first UFC match at '81, he's quick, hard as nails and throwing some wicked shots - he's a fucking gorilla thats bloke, i wish he was as good as he looks - but he was over confident and made a few mistakes, you could see Mir hooking that leg a few times. Lets hope he domainates as he did in his first MMA fight
Much better opponent than the original choice Justin McCulley. Expect Brock to win this one or his career in MMA is dead.
Nah no way.. he's 'new' to MMA and his size and agility make him a top contender in the world of MMA if he keeps working at it. Maybe his contract in the UFC will end but as far as other leagues go, he can only improve and possibly make a comeback in a couple of years time.
UFC want to make a big deal of him as he attracts a new audience for them so he'll probably have a few more fights yet. Andrei Arlovskys contract has just expired hopefully they'll keep him though
You read and related books? I've read Chuck Liddells and I'm onto No Holds Barred now which is an excellent resource for the history of martial arts and the UFC (and how the Gracie's began etc) I had no idea Muhammed Ali had taken part in a MMA fight back in the day
No havent even heard of them mate. Ive seen all the old UFC's but never watched much MMA other than that except recent prides
It's good to get an insight into how MMA began. It starts from back in ancient greece when then they used to have Pankration where fighters would be nude and cover themselves in sand for grip.. and often fight to the death.
Oh it surely was. I'm pretty sure the winners all used xyience products too! I got my books from Amazon.. there's a fairly wide range of books to choose from. Tito has a book coming out soon, as does Fedor. Matt Hughes released his recently but it's got a few dodgy reviews. I also have the Ebook of BJ Penn's book because it's only a fighting guide rather than a readable bus book. No Holds Barred is a longer read than Chuck's. I read it in almost a day.
