I need broadband installed, I already have all the box and stuff from the bloke who owned my house before me. Think it just needs reconnecting.

I used blueyonder through Telewest, 1mb line, easily quick enough for home, everytime I check my email they keep tempting me to upgrade to 2mb, just a single click and its done but the bill goes up atleast £120 a year!

think BT/Freeserve are dropping their monthly rates to £20 a month for 10x speed cos of the other providers having low prices and the 20x that BT are starting.

Cable broadband is faster than normal adsl cos the upload speeds are twice as fast and it's the same price- would get it if they did it round here

The 20 quid BT one has a 1GB per month limit though
I'm on tiscali which has a tiered rate depending on speed - 27 quid for 10x

nah, they're dropping their normal one to that price over the next couple of months- I pay 27 for freeserve now but they reckon they'll all be coming down to £20 cos of competition
