i cant believe there was only 25,000 there... i know boro fans are blaming tv coverage and ticket prices for non attendance and a few have given up going cos of mcclaren but if i had been able to go i'd have killed for a ticket...

i stick up for the boro fans all the time because i dont think we are a club capable of filling a 35,000 seater stadium, not yet anyway... but against roma i'd have hoped for 30,000.

then again boro getting 20,000 fans is an achievement on the size of the town, but this was fucking roma...

Good result for us and a good performance on a horrible pitch and night.

As for the attendence, its unlikely there will be that many at the Stadio Olympico on Wed, and that includes 5000+ Boro fans that will be going to Rome
