So all you do gooding lefties " you should pay more for health care if you're a smoker " crew and the "it should be banned - it's like, really bad for you" - booze is as deadly as cigs.

So - should booze be banned then? on the current arguements, it should. AND u should pay more when u got to hospital when u fall over doing some kKrRraZzEE drunked stunt or your get other booze related illnesses like be refused liver transplants.

It's not like we didn't know it wasn't true - but it shows you can't discriminate on something using the arguement it's bad for you so it must be banned - cause the same rules can be applied to many areas of society.

reading new scientist the other day and it said alcohol actually promotes the growth of cancers, increases the blood flow to it and all that.
