    Book my mate Gav Green!

Seeing as you have got the novice Scalliwell on, why dont you book my mate Gav Green, who has also played at GOODGREEF.

Also....... why dont you book one of Messy's cats???? They are very good at scratching just like the talented tune spoiler himself Mr Scalliwell.

    :p

IF YOU PUT GAV ON TO WARM UP , HOWEVER EARLY. YOU WOULD GET AT LEAST 50 (AND POSSIBLY A LOT MORE) PEOPLE WHO DONT EVEN GO TO PROMISE GOING.

ID BUY 30 TICKETS WITH CASH UP FRONT.

WE WOULD ALSO BRING LOADS OF "REAL" CRASHER KIDS TO INVADE PROMISE!!!!!!!!

Gav Green is excellent, I've got loads of his cd's and they're really mint. I would love to see him play @ Promise. The Promise people would absolutely love him. So give him the chance to prove himself! :)

If he ever got on id book a bus from Sheffield to NCL for that night & Id fill it too.

Dunno what the cybers would make of the beer boys tho :s

MissMessy would have to chaperone them all night!

    Beerboys?!?!??

I preffer promise beerboys to the majority of "crasher" kids.. In promise most the time the beerboys are very friendly, I mean is there really any harm in someone slurring "got any pills mate" or "fooking hell its fucking banging tonight like innit mate".... They tend to just stagger around grinning... where as crasher kids hrrmmmmm nothing beats the "look at me I'm too cool to talk to non cybers"... hate going to crasher unless I'm in cyber cos u just get blanked by people who would normally be your best mate!

At promise you know beerboy, trendy, cyber, friggin drag queen - it doesn't matter your going to treated the same :D

With the exception of the seb fontaine night I haven't had a bad run in with a beerboy in promise in months.

    Get him on!!!
It's about time we gave some of the DJ's on our own doorstep a chance!

I have seen this guy before and he is VERY good...end of story!

i have a few cd's by him too...i'm sure someone at promise must have heard one...i know a lot of people who have got them.

Really...listen to your punters...what have you got to lose?

    GET HIM ON!...SOON! ;)

In defence of Promise they've done shit loads of listening lately - infact they've done nothing but listen... Booking established DJ's they wouldn't usually book cos we ask (like eddie halliwell) is one thing... but booking unknowns is a huge step.

Problem I see with putting GG on an early set is he's hard trance... not exactly warm up material! :D And he isn't a big enough name to play the later sets :(

I'd love to see GG play but I can understand why mark wouldn't want to book him. Promise is after all a business :(

O my GOD!! Of course Gav should play Promise and anyone who has ever heard him in action can only agree with me! He#s my 3rd favourite dj (after john kelly and matt hardwick of course!) and is up there with talla and taucher in my opinion! but if u r all going to discredit him purely for the fact he is local then COME TO GERMANY GAV::::::U WILL CERTAINLY B APPRECIATED HERE IF NOT PROMISE!!!!!!
PS If his name does get on the flyers then please wait until i am back from deutschland so i can witness the miracles he is sure to perform!!!!!:D

put him on for the last hour?crasha put smaller name djs on last, so it cud work here of the music is right perhaps??every dj was totally unheard of once, then one club gave them a lucky break n they took off...if yad sed eddie halliwell a yr ago, hardly any1 wud av ehard of him/cared about him, but cuz a lil few clubs had faith in unknown talent, he became an 'overnight' success, in a similar way to fergie!

no1 who i knw thats seen him has sed hes dun a bad set, n half of em dont even like hard/trancey stuff!!

take a risk n book him!
