We need some stability and fast . Sacking the manager and brining anoother new face in early in the season just isnt goin to work . sorting the team out should have been done before the intertoto started ! end of whos fault ? I blame the board for not brining in the players and yes souness as well for not pushing the chairman to getting the players .
