    The Normal Category

Your measurements place you in the ‘healthy’ category for BMI, so your weight is in the ‘healthy’ range for your height. You shouldn’t try to lose weight but aim to keep your weight steady.

Very true. Tis a bad predictor as it doesnt take into account the difference between lean body mass and fat mass

Yeah I was thinking that  You could be 5'7 and 15 stone of pure muscle and they'd say you were overweight and so should try and lose weight.

But still...I don't get told very often that I'm "normal" :D

lol - well i dont need a machine to tell me that :)

I got 25 on mine... but it doesnt take into account your build, or bone structure etc. - You could be a fat weak runt and still be in "normal" range, or 6 foot and 15 stone of muscle and have it call you "fat".

Its just a catch all calculation that more often than not gives unrealistic answers....
