Yeah it's definitely spakked out, Rob would know what it all means, but looks your web server is there but the MySQL server isn't
looks like you connect to a remote mysql database which isnt based on your hosting server.. if this is the case, im guessing this could be a free or cheap account, resulting in probably more than 10% downtime., ie.. your Mysql database server is down, restarting or you have the wrong account details/settings.
MySql is a total motherfucker like. So easy at the beggining then they throw everything at you! *****.

I think I've worked out what's wrong.... you're running MySQL on a juski "SP2 owns me" conway server... it's well know they have a compatibility issue with Thursdays
