everytime i refresh the screen it logs me out? its like my cookies arent being saved or something.....

any ideas?

could be the security settings on your firewall, i.e. Zone Alarm. Reduce them slightly then test it.

ive tried playing with all my cookie settings!

disable it completley, as in shut it down. Then surf for a bit - see if it sorts it - atleast then you'll know whether it's the firewall or something else...
