    best place ive played in the north east is a place called Woodham, lovely course :up:

    bit off the point i kno, but i thought u shud all kno for future reference ;)

    Cheers, I'll keep that advice in mind when I'm mulling over club selection on my approach shot to the first green. :rolleyes: ;)

    av played at blyth b4, i have vague memories though coz it was a while ago, i think it was ok but not to sure

    linden hall is another good course to play aswell for future reference

    Its canny mate. Used to play alot of golf when i was younger ive had a few Junior matchs there.

    Only managed 13 holes due to the light and rain - I was 5 over par with four 3 puts, not bad considering I hadn't swung a club in about 18 months.

    The course was laid out quite well and the greens were pretty good for this time off year. :up:
