    Blueyonder FREE upgrades..

    I think this may have already been posted (I'm sure I remember an NTL thread..)

    Bluyonder are to upgrade their services in the following way -

    512k -> 2Mb
    1Mb -> 4Mb
    2Mb/4Mb -> 10Mb :eek:

    10 MEG.. fuck me.. thats insane.
    Also the prices are cheaper.. 10 meg for £35.

    Uploads are still pretty low.. the 10meg line has something like 384k..

    All uncapped too.. think there are gonna be some big hard drives purchased soon.

    I think this is only gonna make the piracy situation in this country worse.. alot worse..

    Aparently they're not gonna cap lines cos they have done customer research and have concluded that majority of customers like having unrestricted access to the rich information contained within the internet..

    10Meg is insane.. that like nearly 1.5mbps down..
    Here come jail then.. for some..

    10meg is mad, hell of a free upgrade - I thought 1 - 2mb was mint enough!

    to get 10 meg tho ull have to be like a foot away from the exchange!

    TBH I don't know what to do outta this situation.
    I'm on 1Mb at the mo.. so I'll go up to 4..

    but the lure of an extra 6Mb for only a tenner extra is pretty fuckin hard to resist.

    Seriously though i can see this majorly affecting the piracy rates in the uk.. its gonna go through the fucking roof..

    What are the upload rates going to be?

    I'm sick of trying to send 200meg of photos to Photobox at 256k :yawn:
