    Bleach in hair

    I know none of the boys will probably know this but does any1 know how long before you go on hol it can be till you have bleach put on your hair? I need mine done again before holiday but I don't want it to go green?

    Are you sure? Im sure the chemicals in the water still react with the bleach unless youve had it on for like a week or something?

    No she's right, it can react to chlorine in swimming pool water.
    Not sure how long you should leave it though.

    Ive got some pictures actually somewhere LOL well you go on your arms (you know how the rest of your body floats in the water) and you walk around using your hands in a circle LOL Its really embarrassing explaing it but we always do it :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops:

    The stuff they use to lighten hair now isn't as harsh as the bleach they used to use. It probably doesn't react the same way with chlorine :D

    When I was 15 I decided it would be "cool" to go fully blonde (peroxide styleee..). I went on holiday with my hair like that and it was fine..

    I think you might be ok.. as long as you don't DIY and get it done professionally.

    I'm sure I got mine done either 1 or 2 weeks before goin.. but it was a long time ago now ( :( ) so I can't really be trusted.

    Pretty pointless reply this actually :( :lol:
