Not the best idea to suggest someone helps you with fraud on a public message board.

Go to the shop you bought the bike from and ask for a valuation of the bike you had. The shop I use charges you a fiver but it's worth it if you've just lost a £600 bike.

I wouldnt bother trying to defraud a company, if you paid via credit card get in touch with your bank and prove you brought it that way

Why don't you explain to the insurance company that you've lost the receipt. It'll help if you have pics of the bike.

They can find out for themselves how much a replacement would cost :D

i payed cash so cannot trace it through cards,
i dont have any pics of the bike ,
and it was stolen from my mates garage or else i would have explained to my insurance company about the lost receipt
might try the shop to see if they have any records like serial numbers cause it was serviced a few times as part of the deal
    cheers any way !!

Surely when buying such an expensive bike you would have went to the police station to get it registered + they engrave your name for free in case it does get stolen thats they only way you could prove it now
