    Biggest Musical Influence....????

Currently bored, so thought I would start a nice little thread

Which DJs/producers/genres have had the biggest influence on your sound?????????

    Mine:

Layo & Bushwacka - masters of the tech-house/breaks/detroit techno fusion.....in a league of their own production-wise IMO

Mr C - fusion of tech-house/detroit techno so typical of End Recording's output

London tech-house boys (Terry Francis/Nathan Coles/Gideon Jackson etc) - combine elements of house and techno to make a sound synonomous with the capital

I suppose I take alot of influence from Marco V and Marcel Woods, they've been pushing the tech-trance sound for years now and its finally making a breakthrough!

Don't laugh but Goldie is my biggest influence. Timeless never leaves my CD player and I bought it over 5 years ago!

Also Dexter from the Avalanches, Roni Size, Mike Skinner, Skinnyman and Yoda have all played huge parts in me and my love of music.

I think my biggest musical influence, DJ-wise, is Brett Johnson. Many people influence me though. Mark Farina is another big one, as is Paul Woolford, and Justin Long. Guys that have been DJing nearly as long as I've been alive that make you stand back in awe when you see them play :king:
