    Best program to convert to DVD format?

    My mate wants to burn some movies to DVD, and wants to know what the best thing is to convert to a dvd format?

    Please don't anybody say Google, I want to know which one is the best/easiest to use :)

    I use TMPGENC ... it does take a little while but its worth it.I think its easy to use now that i have used it a few times.;)
