Areet, me and a lad at work have had a heated debate about the best freekick taker of recent times. just wondered what people think?

I reckon either mijailovic (sp) who use to play for inter or that brazilian bloke who played or plays for Real Betis but i forgot his name?

Is that bloke called Assuncao? He does have a strike on him like! Will have to have a think about this then get back to ya!
Who did the lad at work suggest like?

I would put Pirlo into the mixer but I would probably agree with Mihajlovic like! Scored some corkers

Hundreds as I had a Inter season ticket for 5 year, nah man seriously no more than a dozen but when youtubing best ever free kicks I somehow didnt see any of Ian Harte!

Anyway, where abouts did I say ''after watching many games and analysing the advantages & disadvantages of Mihalojvic, I know that he is the best free kick taker ever'', I think I was only expressing my opinion!

for the record, me and my mates used to watch videos of Koeman repeatedly when we were kids, there were roars of 'Kooooooeeeemmmmaaaaan' everytime someone went to hit a reeb in Heeds and Reebs (headers and volleys for you geordies)

Heeds & Reebs fooking class! When I smashed in a screamer of a 'REEB' in headers & volleys it was always followed by 'YEBOAH'!!!!!!

If you were playing a proper game then a long pass would be accompanied with a 'WWWHHHHOOOOOLLLLIIIIIT'

By no means the best free kick taker ever like, but some bloke from south china just scored a 40 yarder against liverpool.

Riises free kick was quite good too

mijhailovic got a hattrick of quality freekicks for lazio in one game if i remember rightly... when i used to watch footy italia he used to pop up quite often on the scoresheet... pity he's into that dead arkan twat.

mr pernambucano (he'll never be juninho for me ) has to be the best i've seen.

Not sure who the best free kick taker is but the worst has to be Chistiano Ronaldo. He just takes a straight run up at the ball and bools it into the stands whenevr Man United get a free kick within 40yards of the goal. I saw him do it at least 20 times for Man U last season.

Granted the one he scored in that friendly was canny.
