i would go for something slow, normally some vocal breakbeat, or nice slow trance...

    lustral - broken
    southern sun (G+D mix)
    any sarah Mc L stuff
    joker jam - innocence/traffic
    solar coaster
    viet - sky
james holden - one for u (altitude mix)

It is not a tune but when DJs start with 'Martin Luther King-I have a dream' speech always goes down well with THE SPENCE.

Some thing like D.A.V.E the Drummer - Hydroulix 9 if it was a harder set or for a trancier set summit like Dave 202 & Phil Green - At The End...

There's been about 6,000 tuens that;ve sampled the Martin Luther King 'I Have A Dream' specch. A big one was Simon's 'Free At Last' (Positiva), back in 2000.
A mate of mine had a bottleg of Felix Vs. Martin Luther King - Don't You Have A Dream in college today too.

Ultimate set-start tune? Raff & Freddy - Deep Progress probably.
Preacherpella of Eddie Amador's 'Rise' was a pretty big one back in '99/2000 too.
Derrick Carter kicks off his 'About Now...' CD superbly too, using an extract from 'The Autobiography Of Miss Jane Pittman', and an accapella of Money Chocolate - 'Keep The Love'.
