fav games and the order that i've owned them.
Cat + Mouse (Grandstand console, 1981ish can't remember it's name)
    Human Cannonball (Atari 2600)
    This swamp game (ZX81)
    Ghostbusters (C64)
Double Dragon (Arcade all time fav)
    Chase HQ/Prince of Persia (Speccy 48K & +2)
    Offroad 4*4 / IK+ (Atari ST)
Sensible Soccer/Kick off 2 Extra Time (Amiga)
    Street Fighter 2 (SNES)
    Metal Gear Solid / Tekken 2 (PS1)
Medal of Honor - Frontline (PS2)

the days of 8 bit music... beep beep beep. i think when i was a kid playing double dragon, it was the most violent thing i had ever seen to grab the blokes by the hair and knee them in the face, other than watching 'the triffids' on BBC1 on a sunday night. scarey plants.

LOL - i was just about to comment on ghostbusters too!

Spent 45 minutes killing ghosts and doing that pointless "highway drive" thing.... then the whole game kicked off right at the end and killed you for being too slow!!!

Classic 8-bit "unfair game" style ;)

there was a pointless map bit aswell, where u had to choose where to go ... u could see the ghosts on the map. clever stuff.

remember another C64 only game called 'Impossible mission' (not missions : impossible) involved open door on different level, getting in lift, defusing bombs.... classic. - but my mates dad would always be on it. it was 1984 mind, so dads were amazed too!
