Bellers is Back ! Craig Bellamy is in the squad for tonights reserve game. Apparently his recovery has exceeded expectations and hes been looking very sharp in training. If he he comes through, he could be on the bench at the weekend against Birmingham.
Shit conditions tho for tonights game, i dont think its worth the risk at the moment - the pitch will be fucking dreadfull See what happens eh, could backfire atm !
Deffo Ian. He played the full 90 last night, and came through fine. Apparently looked v good. Personally i would start him on Sat, and maybe pull him off after an hour. Rather than having him on the bench and giving him a run out sometime in the second half. Better to get out at Birmingham rather than hand them the initiative. Especially as Brum have a big injury list at the min.
i would still try to sign alan smith even when bellamy returns, shearers only got one more season and id like to see bellamy and smith up front
