Is there anyway of recording the shows from the BBC Radio player?

Theres a few radio shows, l wouldnt mind ripping and sticking on my ipod.

Any ideas?

if you have any recording software, and if your soundcard supports it, you can record "What U Hear" as the source.

Tried it but the works firewall is blocking it!
