    Does anyone know where i can download the old skool BBC games, like Repton etc. cos i ev just had a sudden urge to play them!:D

    Try searching for a bbc emulator, should be able to get one for your pc. If you do get.....

    Probably showing my age like, but, anyone remember some daft educational game called "Granny's Garden" or somick??

    Hang on, if people are talking about BBC's then you all must be a bunch of old duffers!!

    were they the ones where te disks were realy big but really thin?

    if so then they were mint!

    if not, then the computer i used to play on at cockerton was mint.

    had really good eucational games to go with the programs we used to watch like geordie racer and threw the dragons eye :)

    and when i was really young we played with POD....you typed in differnt verbs to see pod do them....we used to love pod goes pop!

    i remember geordie racer and funfair,on funfair if u won,u printed out a picture ov ur prize eg teddy etc :D :p :D

    The BEEB must have been around for longer than I thought. I'm knockin on the door of...........er...... 29. But not yet. Anyway you're only as old as you act. Was gonna say Only as old as the bird you feel but that'd be really sexist....:angel:

    omg...that was such a mint game! all those games were mint! magic eel was well mint but i wasnt very good at it.

    Pole Position was my fave along with Chuckie Egg.

    We didn't get a floppy drive for ages and only had a cassette one, that was lame it took about 3 days for a game to load!
