Sign up on www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk and then look in a forum near the top titled Bank Templates Library.

It's got a step by step guide to what you should do, and draft templates for all the letters you need to send

How have they ended up owing you £700.00 did it just get taken out of your account or were you overcharged ?

I went to the cash machine on sunday and withdrew £60.00 the machine shot out £300.00 now given my card has a £250 a day limit and that i asked for £60.00 im presuming it was buggerd . hehe i bet i get charged for at as well though .

Anyways hope you get your cash back :D

Before you start, read the FAQ's on the consumeradvicegroup wesbite carefully.

You'll be a lot less likely to make mistakes if you know what you're doing

You need to understand there is a small chance it might end up in court.

I doubt it mate im sure they will still claim the money back , I wasnt the only one whod used that machine though even the taxi drivers in the rank oposite were having a go as it was just handing out extra cash . But like i say they will still charge evryone i would think !
